– We are an introducer of a variety of pension loans and pension release companies, to whom we may pass your information if you submit an enquiry. We do not/have not, provided any advice as to the suitability of these companies’ products for your individual circumstances.
– We only deal with third-party companies who –
i) Are based in the UK
ii) Have obtained a written legal opinion from a Barrister or QC to indicate that their “pension release” or “pension loans” services are compliant with all current UK legislation

(c) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
